RIOT-OS file system?

I *did* try to find some evidence of this in the RIOT-OS docs, but does RIOT support any type of file system (whatsoever)?

Hi Zac, short answer: no. Slightly longer answer: there is currently a person working on that [1].

yeah, I’m currently working on that in my thesis. However, I don’t expect that there will be production-ready code in Q1/2016. May I ask what your storage requirements are, i.e., what data you are trying to store and where?
