I've just set up an additional issue tracker [1] on top of the (very rudimentary) GitHub issue tracker: https://huboard.com/RIOT-OS/RIOT
So far, I'm not convinced about its features, apart from some nicer filtering and the possibility to easily move the issues between some rather random categories. But maybe you wanna play around with it and tell if you find some nice ways to use it.
