Hi I am a student of the CS department of the Athens University of Economics and Business. I am currently in the process of conducting research for my BSc Thesis.
What I would like to do is a project in OS and I think that RIOT would be a great choice of OS for that thing.
However I don’t really know what I want to develop. Maybe a network stack or a network protocol?
I would be grateful for any ideas and help I get from you, thanks!!!

You definitely want to talk to Nikos Foutiou, George Xylomenos or George Petropoulos in AUEB about possibly doing something interesting in POINT research 1 context.
POINT is a network research projectand already using RIOT. We are currently using RIOT with microcoap over UDP6 using STM32 Nucleo64 platform (STM32F401 MCU) along with PoELL-i-Nucleo network interface supporting 802.3at and 802.3u.
