RIOT_OS error while flashing: Open failed in procedure 'transport' ...

I am trying to flash riot-os hello-world example on stm32f4discovery board.

But at end I have the following problem:

*(For compiler setup to build on windows, I followed: https://github.com/RIOT-OS/RIOT/wiki/Build-RIOT-on-Windows-OS )
