friendlier introduction to RIOT

Hi all, as mentioned, I tried to make the “first organizational Steps” wiki page a bit more friendly and detailed. Here is the result:

nur kurze Anmerkung: Wir sollten das System “RIOT” und nicht “RIOT OS” nennen ;).
